Sayyid Al-Hakeem Receives German Ambassador, Discusses Political Scene Development, Bilateral Ties Enhancement
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, met this morning, Sunday, January 25, 2026, in His office with His Excellency the German Ambassador, Mr. Daniel Krebber.
The meeting included an exchange of views on developments in the political landscape in Iraq and the region, as well as the nature of bilateral relations between both sides.
His Eminence stressed the importance of preserving stability, given its central role in securing regional and global stability, noting that Iraq is approaching a phase of sustainable stability. H.E. also highlighted the importance of adhering to constitutional timelines for fulfilling electoral entitlements and for the three presidencies.
