Sayyid Al-Hakeem From Evangelical Baptist Church Renews Christmas Greetings, Calls to Consolidate Peaceful Coexistence
From the National Evangelical Baptist Church, His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, renewed congratulations to Christian brothers and sisters in Iraq and around the world, expressing pride that the beginning of the new year coincides with Christmas.
H.E. emphasized the importance of embodying the values of Jesus Christ (peace be upon Him) in daily life, as they represent a call for love, tolerance, and the rejection of extremism, stressing the need to entrench a culture of peaceful coexistence under Iraq’s unifying national umbrella and to spread a message of love and peace among all its people.
H.E. noted that Iraq has succeeded in overcoming difficult and complex circumstances and is today experiencing stability and security, moving steadily toward sustainable stability, ready to complete its constitutional entitlements, particularly following the successful conduct of elections and the broad public participation that accompanied them, reflecting Iraqis’ commitment to the democratic path.
