Sayyid Al-Hakeem Meets NSPA's Winning Candidates, Affirms Comitment to Constitutional Entitlements, Joint Work
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, met on Sunday evening, December 14, 2025, at His office in Baghdad with the victorious candidates of the National State Powers’ Alliance in the recent elections. H.E. congratulated them on the Federal Supreme Court’s endorsement of the election results, describing it as a constructive step toward completing constitutional obligations in the upcoming stage.
H.E. noted that the Coordination Framework has declared itself the largest bloc in the Parliament and is proceeding in line with constitutional timelines to finalize the three presidencies, in coordination with other components, stressing that adherence to these timelines reflects commitment to the political system and respect for the will of voters.
H.E. stressed the importance of serving all Iraqis without exclusion, calling for parliamentary performance that revitalizes the Parliament’s oversight and legislative functions, and emphasizing cooperation with other political blocs while making use of the alliance’s broad acceptance to enhance collective action within the Parliament.
