Sayyid Al-Hakeem Receives National Stance Movement, Affirms Adherence to Constitutional Timelines, Reinforce Sustainable Stability
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, welcomed a delegation from the National Stance (Al-Mawqif Al-Watani) Movement, led by Mr. Ali Hemma, in his Baghdad office on Tuesday evening, 2 December 2025. The discussion included congratulations on the outcome of the recent parliamentary elections and an emphasis on the need to build on the positive climate to strengthen stability and move toward a stage of sustained stability.
H.E. highlighted the importance of adhering to the constitutional deadlines for completing upcoming obligations, noting that the current level of political maturity across the various arenas makes it possible to fulfill these requirements within notably efficient timeframes.
H.E. further emphasized the need to focus on national priorities and confront challenges with realistic and effective solutions that can meet the aspirations of the Iraqi people and reinforce confidence in the political process.
